Coach G is a 21-day nutrition and movement coaching experience built around the African Fat Loss Method™. It gives you a personalised plan, daily guidance and conversation.
Coach G is not a doctor, dietitian, therapist or medical service. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition, taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating, speak to your own healthcare professional before changing how you eat or train. If you feel unwell or unsafe, contact your local emergency service.
You are always in charge of what you eat and how you move. Stop and seek help if anything feels wrong.
We collect only what Coach G needs to coach you: your answers during setup, your daily check-ins, anything you tell Coach G in conversation, optional weight entries, and basic account and payment records.
Your information is stored in our secured database and is readable only by you, and by the small Coach G team where a human review is needed — for example reviewing your plan before release or responding to a safety concern.
We look at results across the whole group to learn what works. Those group numbers never carry your name, your conversation text or your individual results.
We do not sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run the product — hosting, database, payments, and the AI model that powers Coach G.
You can ask us to send you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account and data at any time using the contact below.
You need to be 18 or over to join. One account per person. Your plan, conversations and materials are for your personal use — please don't resell or redistribute them.
This is an early experiment. Features may change during the 21 days as we learn. We may pause or end access if an account is used abusively.
Coach G is provided as-is. We do not promise a specific weight, measurement or health outcome — results depend on many things outside our control.
The 21-Day Challenge is a one-time payment of $3 USD. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
Because this is a founding-participant price and access to the full experience begins immediately, payments are final. Nothing in this replaces the consumer rights you have where you live — if you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact us and we'll look at it.
